Dear Colleagues, Respected General Committee:
The Just and The Arabism greeting
I start welcoming and congratulating the commemoration of the forty third of the
eight of March glorious revolution…
The spring of Syria which our population have generated the correction corps on
the autumn of 1970.
Last year has gone with instability, folds within its days, many incidents which
took the attention and careful considerable contemplation, and get us to stand
upon its mysteries as the discerning prudent, thus our people's marvelous
consciousness were correlated with this significant event and the horrendous
plans; where we, the lawyers the foremost affected and uninfluenced affecting
influencers, soldiering with all honest and faithful people to victor the home
and its interests.
Dear colleagues…
Before I immerge into the political events issue, I assure out the basic
stabilities, that drown the Syrian politics:
Firstly: protect the national and nationalism, as from specialty of our
identification and maintaining our independence, and rooting our principles, and
hardening our devotion and believing in our rights, and working on securing the
political, social and peace stability which proved that it was the peace pin for
the whole area generally.
Secondly: as from what I have mentioned, Syria took on itself to deal with all
related parties with an open mind and prudent mentality, without prejudicing or
holding patterned judgments, and replace it with flexibility, and being moderate
as for the reality, possibility, and responsibility.. we look upward on the
rights, and on the circumstances, global changes, and looking forward to achieve
the possibility balance without excessability.
Dear colleagues,
The Syrian high forehead did create a good reason to face storms, which messed
around the area, and the world, intending to spread the chaos and disasters,
therefore, we were a polestar of the faithful and honest people, and a tumble
for some stakeholders, and the enemies.
The winds and storms were agitated, whilst our heads were rising with unbendable
foreheads, and the more it was flamed, the more we unite and gather.
The ordeal lost its humiliation, and Syria proved high flexibility in dealing
with events on the public and the formal ways, and strengths its sides, thereof,
the unity of the leadership and the population were a clear answer to the paid
media, and the owners of the otherself's opinion.
Some people has gone far in changing the truth, using fabricates and boost it
with false testimonies, ironically, some has made the victim of the premier
terrorism in the world, a terrorism supporter, and the greater powers became
unable to provide the security to occupied territories she took over, and plea
Syria, who has limited powers in what she failed in, and some people in the
brother country Lebanon to uphold his masters, in hope to make a strike to the
Syrian side a killing knockout.
Dear colleagues…
The poet Motanabi said once:
As far the determinations would be geting, the deciders should be..
Therefore, and as for us being the just defenders, and legists, our burden is
loaded with a responsibility we have to perform, we should not inclined to a
political weight, and biased to a party, they have desecrate the law to achieve
their own interests with the enemies, and they have perverted the truth to cover
their disgusting deeds, and bragged with selectivity of the laws, and
mono-application, and exempting the criminals, they have run after the enemy's
defeats, trying to decorate the lowness, and attack the dignity, and defended
Israel, to give her disgracefully something she could not achieve with its war
machine, thereof, they have prepared their decision to infringe the dignity that
Arabs prided, when the Israeli forces weltered in the southern Lebanon soil, and
got the UN resolution 1559, and they have accomplished their national blood
sheds when spilled the blood of late Lebanese ex-prime minister Rafeeq Alhariri,
and they have made use of their criminal's blood to hide under the legitimate
laws, and claimed that they are its protectors, after they have crusaded him,
and claimed that they are deeming its application, after they have breached it
principles, and that they are its scholars, after they have misrepresent him,
they have called out the habitual criminals, thereof we got, Detlef Milless
Report.
Some people has made of that explosion, a wakefulness of the treason after the
victory, and denied who saved them, and hailed who destroyed them, and
mistreated who did good to them, and awarded the criminal…

Despite the darkness of the clouds, the sun of fidelity were able to penetrate
it, and millions of people carried out the fealty, and the master, and the
symbol of the Lebanese resistance Mr. Hassan Nassrulla, called out, on the
eighth of March:
I say to Syria, leadership, and population, that we Lebanese people the nation
of ethics, and the fealty, and the politeness, do apologise, for every bad
words… we gathered today for the aims, we have declared, firstly, thanking The
Assad-Syria to Hafez Alassad- Syria, to Bashar Alasad- Syria, to the staunch
Syrian people, Syria the resisting Arab Army.
His voice kept laud and sincere, in Riyadh alsolh square saying:
We are gathering today to remind the world, and to remind our partners at home,
that this square which unites us, or that which unite you in Alshohada square,
Israel and the domestic war have destroyed it, and been united, secured and
protected by Syria, with its sergeants and soldier's blood… Beirut, Sharon
destroyed it, and Hafez Alassad saved it.
You all know, and I know, and we, the law makers, and its performers that, the
Mellis Report looks like anything but, the legal report, and good for anything
but, the criminal interrogation… but it was a bridge to the Franco-American
Security Council, and it was upon us we, the lawyers, to be the first defending
line, of the legal trading on battle, and this what mister President Bashar
Alassad wanted for us, in his opening speech at the twenty second conference of
the Arab Lawyers Union when he said:
I would like to focus on your unusual turn at this extraordinary era… you as
being qualified and position… due to being close to the people's life, due to
your general activity, and being sticked to the just and right cases, …. Are
closer to realise the nature of the new fast changing facts, the world lives it…
which within it, the concepts of the just and rights coverts into just goods for
bidding in the current international square, where the interests, powers and
ideologies are struggling… and such concepts, are being desecrated, through an
organized operation to wipe out the outlines of the basic conflict, where the
falseness is worn as the rightness… the unfairness is worn as the justice… and
the legal rights of the nations for are condemned for the interests of its
extorters. My speech to you today, is therefore has special meaning, as it is
addressed to leaders, who have their roles, and their enormous responsibilities
for the people's life, and defend its interests…. And to real defenders for the
nation's interests, and rights… and to interactive and important sectors, which
have its own place in its nation's and society's life.
Dear colleagues…
All of you have watched, and followed the overall incidents, and the time map of
the prepared planed, for the area, and the rest of the world in general… but I
have to stop upon what we have been given by the American style democracy, of
homicides and despising the human dignities, as named to its achievements in
Abogharib, and Guantanamo Prison's freedom, and Peace Prizes were awarded to the
most ravenous killers, and spread way the sedition, and forgot all the
conventions but, the blood wash conventions of the Israeli hands, and the
resolutions of the United Nations and the Security Council, have thrown away by
the winds when mentioned, even if its slightly named Israel politely, and those
in White House sleep heavier when the armored vehicles roar whilst smashing the
children bodies in Jennin, or the bombs lauded whilst firing the remains of the
heroes all Palestine… but they run scared if they heard a stone banging an
Israeli tank, or martyr's mother crying song… this is the western scales
technology, and this is the International Justice Look…
We are not talking new, when we speak about the seeds of the disturbance, they
have planted and watered in our soil, to have it in many colours and many forms…
to crop benefits and fruit interests, kill and destroy, capture and captivate,
offend and insult, in Lebanon they rip off, and in Iraq they burn out, and sing
for the Road Map in Palestine!!!
Some people think we are wrong when we see the conspiracy concocted for this
nation, and this speech is due by the complex of emptiness that happened after
the glory our nation has lived…
Dear colleagues…
The conspiracy is a real fact… they do not just play around, they own their
prepared methodical replacing plans… so they wont let us for the chance, or the
act of God's incident…
Mister President Bashar Alassad declared in his speech before the members of the
Arab Parties Conference, about the reality of this idea, and its existence in
the others' mind, he said:
Syria and Lebanon are just a circle, and every circle has a plan, and everyone
who reads, would know that, what is happenings now, have been planned and
written in the west's books… some others wrote that Arab should return into
scattered tribes, nothing can reunite it…there are many outrageous suggestions
spread in the West, our speech concerning the conspiracy theory is not a
creation of our minds, it is clearly written in their ethics.
This is our situation, and that is our external environments… while our internal
environment, and our fort which we hold, is going well in some ways, and
delaying in others, but our march is continuing particularly, what we are
looking for in Syria is due to our dilemmas, and our societies request, and our
correction to the national industry… yes we have the right to get what we want,
but we should not at all change our colours, and replace our identity with
another, and take on their ideologies, and become a ludicrous among the nations,
mister president expressed clearly the need to accomplish the corrections that
we need, but not that they dictate on us, when he said:
We should not accept what they dictate on us of lessons in the internal
development, we all know how much we need, the correction and development in the
local framework, but not in the national and Arab national frameworks, nor in
the lessons we receive from the West…
Finally, I refer to what we have achieved in Syria externally of steadiness, and
saving the Arab morals, and protecting the nation rights, and the faultless
foresight, of the overall events that passed and keep coming, despite that many
brothers, and strangers take long time before they read it and realize it…
internally, Syria stayed the hill of the perpetual, the hill of the
belongingness, symbolising everyday the strength of the land integration, and
forehead in refusing the separation or identity changing, and apply what the
United Nations, and its Security Council failed to apply… stating the facts,
refusing the Israeli illusion, Syria stayed in the heart of Golan Heights, and
Golan Heights remained the heart of Syria…
As concerning the citizen interests, we have reached the Syrian average income,
even if it did not covered its hopes, it took us to a new horizon, and achieved
a higher step, and accomplished stages… and we have reached other achievements,
on the economic sector, whether in attracting the investments, or in building
the industrial cities, and total projects that have been licensed in the past
year, nearing the value of the licensed projects since the issue of the
Investment Act, till the beginning of year 2005, and brought out many investment
capitals, so the Syrian banks deposition value had reached more than eight
billion US Dollars in the last year, and Syria is about paying off the Bulgarian
and Romania's debts, therefore the external debts schedules would be folded
completely, and the monetary reserves allow us to keep importing for an entire
year…Would God… and you know as I know from the legislation movements, that the
Multi- Party Act, and the Election Act is about to come out, so we step forward
another step to put in new concepts for the national dialogue, thereof the
participation of every one would be affective and for the interests of the
nation, nothing else, coming off our needs, customs, and societies, away from
copying the others, repeating, and importing others' pattern.
Dear colleagues…
We are essential and an interactive sector in this country, and the lawmakers
and the law executors, therefore we must take the responsibility burden on us,
to establish the law respect, its sovereignty, and the dignity of the law
career, and its highness, through out holding the custom and the traditions of
this wonderful career, which settled by its members good ethics, the superior
behaviour, and the enormous knowledge, and as being the educated lead, we must
be the armor of the nation, where the arches of the conspires get broken, and
endless supply to arrow its enemies.
